2. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment.

  • We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Custom Orders

  • Customers must provide accurate details for custom designs.

  • While we aim to match requested designs closely, slight variations in color, decoration, and finishing may occur due to handcrafted production and ingredient properties.

  • Final product appearance may vary slightly from reference images.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on order size and customization.

  • Certain custom or large orders may be non-refundable once production has started.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, notify us within 2 hours of pickup.

  • The product must be returned with the original receipt.

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method and may take up to five business days.

6. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Cake & Cake is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered or collected.

7. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies at the time of ordering.

  • Cake & Cake is not liable for allergic reactions if proper disclosure is not made.
